You can now download the Skype toolbar for FireFox. At first glance it looked like all it did was integrate the Skype client as a “sidebar” for FireFox however it goes one step further and actually highlights any phone numbers on a webpage with a Skype call link which allows you to add the contact as a Skype out no. and call direct with a single click. It even seems to be able to identify the origin of the no. and add the correct international calling code.

Skype also provide you with links to each countries phone listing so that you can search each countries phone books and call direct from your browser.
