Australian search engine submission

I have been doing some research into which of Australia’s search engines still offer free submission and here are the results of my findings. Note I have added a link to site submission pages where the search engine offers them;

- Have a sponsored links site and also gathers listings from the MSNBot

Google Australia
- Have a sponsored links site and also gathers listings using Google bot.

Anzwers
- Free URL Submission

OptusNet / Excite
- Once Excite now directs to OptusNet the search is powered by Yahoo.

- Offers a free listing - only lists Australian and New Zealand website domains (go Aussie Go..)

ANSearch
- Does not provide a submission service (collect search data from other search engines and uses this to only list the most popular sites)

- Add your business for free here. Seems to only list businesses.
